Welcome to the

  Not Guilty

campaign

what is the Not guilty campaign?

The Not Guilty Campaign is a campaign created by Pardon Partners Canada to help those in low-income communities (who claim they have been wrongly convicted) obtain a pardon at a subsidized cost (in some circumstances...free). This campaign is the only of its kind.

who can apply?

Individuals who can apply include those who live in low-income communities and those who can prove to have low-income. Low income from a Pardon Partners Canada standpoint  is any individual who makes under 35k per year. In addition the offence must be indictable (if multiple offences, at least 1 must be indictable). Lastly, you must have attempted to appeal the judges decision (at least once) and have been unsuccessful.

how is the not guilty campaign funded?

The Not Guilty Campaign is funded by Pardon Partners Canada & the community. Pardon Partners Canada accepts & appreciates contributions from the community to help keep the Not Guilty Campaign (vision) alive.

How do i support the vision?

In order to support The Not Guilty Campaign, Pardon Partners Canada appreciates any donation amount. However, if you donate $20 & up, you will receive a Not Guilty Campaign face mask in return. For every $20 contribution, you will receive your choice of face mask.

The Not Guilty Campaign is at the heart of Pardon Partners Canada. PPC believes that the ability to apply for a pardon should never be determined by the financial situation of an individual, especially if the individual claims they are Not Guilty. The masks honour this belief and by contributing to the Not Guilty Campaign you are supporting that vision.

Pardon Partners Canada founded the campaign to make a bold statement & to create awareness. PPC is aware that there are many individuals who have been convicted of crimes they did not commit and they have to live with that reality everyday. That reality includes many limitations which include access to job opportunities, volunteering, bondabilty & much more. Being wrongfully convicted can also take a toll on ones mental health.

There are many limitations when an individual is convicted, (yet alone wrongly convicted), and PPC wants to support these individuals by making finances the least of their worries when it comes to obtaining a pardon. By contributing, you are supporting this campaign, helping these individuals and creating awareness when you wear your Not Guilty Mask.
